WHAT MAKES SPACEKRAFT® UNIQUE?
Carrying up to 1250 litres of liquid, one SpaceKraft IBC can do the job of up to six drums, sharply reducing the time and labor required for filling, emptying and handling multiple containers. Unlike some eight sided corrugated IBCs, SpaceKraft requires no additional wood or metal parts and can be set up by one person in just one minute. Fill and empty one IBC vs. five to six drums in the same amount of time!
Reduce storage space
When not in use, SpaceKraft IBCs collapse and store flat in 80% less space than empty drums, thus lowering your storage and incoming freight costs.
Easy disposability
SpaceKraft IBCs conform to all local disposal regulations. All IBCs contain no metal, wood or plastic components and are completely recyclable, biodegradable and waste-to-energy efficient.
Lower container costs
The SpaceKraft IBC typically costs less than the equivalent volume of new steel drums. Given the projected increases in steel prices, this gap can be expected to increase.
Substantial space savings
Just one SpaceKraft container can store and carry as much as 416 to 1250 gallons of liquid (1,000 litres for export) — as much as two to six drums in 20% less space! (And there's only one container to handle.)
Avoid contamination
Flexible polyethylene liners eliminate air-to-product contact and provide oxygen and moisture barriers. A variety of liners are offered in easy-to-use bag cassettes: FDA, USDA or Kosher food grade liners; as well as co-extruded liners for specific barrier needs, including aseptic.
Get the export space you pay for
Just 20 SpaceKraft containers hold as much as 210 Litre drums. Yet only 77 drums will fit into the same amount of oceantainer space needed for 20 SpaceKraft units. That's nearly 3785 Litres of product that couldn't be shipped in this space with drums.
